It is a privilege to be Headteacher of Castle Manor Academy, a post I have held for the last five years. During this time we have moved from strength to strength, with our school now being oversubscribed.

Our students are at the centre of everything we do. An excellent academic education and broader personal development is what we aim to achieve for all our learners.

The work of our strong community of staff and students is underpinned by our core values, which we define as our PROUD values: Professional, Resilient, Optimistic, Understanding and Driven. 

Our students demonstrate these values every day with their hard work, honest and caring approaches to each other, and determination to meet their challenging targets. Our students are happy and kind learners, who appreciate the extensive challenge and support they are given at Castle Manor.

We offer a broad curriculum, rich with knowledge and experience, believing that inspiring young people as learners and to achieve to their very best is the way we can impact on their futures. We aspire for our learners to become responsible, confident, independent members of society, who contribute to their community.
